About this mod

A two-story unfurnished manor located in the Ascadian Isles region. Download comes with Dave Humphrey\'s Furniture Store (located just down the road). Manor also has a basement and a storage shed.

Permissions and credits
Located in the Ascadian Isles region (north of Vivec), the manor has 2 floors as well as a basement. A small storage shed is accessible on the left side of the manor. The manor is completely empty except for some wall sconces and a few hanging lights. A small dock sits outside of the manor just down the hill.

I have included Dave Humphrey's Furniture Store mod in the upload, which is something I never play without. You can purchase furniture from his stores to fill up the manor as you see fit. It's also conveniently located just down the road from the manor.

Note: The 3 furniture mods I know of are Andoreth's Real Furniture (http://home.earthlink.net/~andoreth/), Dave Humphrey's Furniture Store (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=mods.detail&id=2826), which is apparently located right down the road, and Kilgore's Home Furnishings Re-Release (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5408).This mod isn't dependant on any other mod to be used in a game. But then again, why would you use an empty house mod?

Note on screenshots: I'm using MGE v3.8.0 as well as many of Vurt's groundcover and tree mods. I was also using these during testing, so I don't exactly remember what it looked like without them. However, I doubt there will be any game-breaking issues, so those of you NOT using any of these mods should still be fine.

Installation:
Installing the mod couldn't be any easier. Just copy and paste (or drag and drop) the Ascadian Isles Manor.esp as well as the Meshes and Textures folder into your Morrowind/Data folder. I didn't change any names of the meshes and textures themselves, so it should be safe to overwrite if asked to do so.

Uninstallation:
Simply uncheck the mod in the Morrowind Launcher (or whatever other mod managing utility you happen to be using) and that's it.

v.2.0 Changes:

I've expanded the basement quite a bit and added more lighting. I've also expanded the
interiors, both top and bottom floors, and added more lighting. I neatened up the back leading to
the dock by putting some steps and a few platforms. Torches light the way on either side of these
steps.

v.3.0 Changes:

This is v.2.0 with furniture. I have added plenty of storage space in the basement and some on
both floors as well. Some of the items inside may be taken and sold, but there are items which
are statics and can't be removed. All in all, there's about 1000-1500 gold worth of items that
can be taken. There's still room for the player to place their own items on display if they wish.

I'm going to release a version with either a quest to get the manor or where the player must first purchase it for those people who don't like houses just handed to them. I haven't decided yet.

I'd like to thank these people for creating some of the fine resources i've used in this mod:

Adele/Shannon - Adele's Furniture Conversion
Barabus - Barabus Imperial Housing Resource 1
Clavis - Clavis's Common Doors Resource Packs 1-4
Phaedrus - Crates v.1.2 & More Lights
Faylynn - Faylynn's Braided & Fancy Rugs
Qarl - Kayla's Knick-Knacks

Also the creators of Morrowind for making this wonderful (if not completely frustrating) game.

This mod has been cleaned using the Morrowind Enchanted Editor.

If anyone is getting a Greeting error saying "Welcome to Pelagiad...", it was due to a dialog error from a greeting I forgot to delete. I've fixed that now, so v.3.0 is working fine.
