I just got a new winged race, the fallen angels, that was not flight capable, an that kind of upset me. I made an amulet with a constant 100 point levitate effect and placed it on a barrel just outside of the Seyda Neen Census and Excise office. This isn't just for the Fallen Angels, anybody can use it, I just had the Fallen Angels in mind when I made it. Have fun playing Morrowind!!! I kept the amulet's value at 30 septims so you couldn't get an easy money boost early on. Also, if you want to modify this and add a quest or a dungeon or something to get the amulet, please do! If anybody decides to do that, I'd love to see it.
