One of the few problem's I've had with Morrowind is its incredibly slow movement. While some RPG games need a slow movement speed to give the illusion of a huge and epic landscape, Morrowind really doesn't as it already contains a huge and epic landscape.
This mod adds an ability to all races called "Enhance Speed" which simply boosts the speed attribute by 30 points. It will make combat with creatures at lower levels somewhat easier than in vanilla Morrowind, but all combat with humanoid's will remain balanced as every race has been granted the same speed bonus.
