Now, I was playing Morrowind today and thought of something. Wouldn't it be great to make my own spells without having to have tons of vanilla spells weigh me down? Well, I figured out a relatively efficient way to do it. This mod adds 40 spells that can be purchased from Estirdalin in the Balmora Mage's Guild. These spells are named z#. Each spell has eight effects so you learn as many effects as possible. They are conveniently named with a z in front of them to prevent them from cluttering your beautiful custom spells.
In short this mod allows you to create spells using all the in game effects. You'll have to buy the 40 z's from Estirdalin first though. I recommend using the command "player->additem gold_001 100000" a handful of times so that you can purchase them all.
