This version uses its own content! Bravo! The latest versions use Timriel Data resources. Not bravo. Standalone mods are the most respected in any modding industry. Bravo once again! Well done and thanks for the effort, I think I'll play the old version. It's good that Home_Of_The_Nords and Province_Cyrodiil are still independent in a separate download without Tamriel Date, and it inspires people to play the old versions! )
This is funny comment, but I can agree that keeping standalone version is really nice, it helps with keeping legacy version without a bit annoying browse through "which TData fits for this outdated Stirk". That said, existence of TData is really beneficial, because even though it kinda pushes all projects to be most recent versions, it lets the project be much more organised, especially now when devs basically are shared across Tamriel Rebuilt and Project Tamriel.
Work on the Gold Coast is still continuing, we hope to have something relatively soon to put out. Think of this more as a demo than the final product
And the more hands we have on deck, especially for exterior and interior building, the faster it will go! Please feel free to register at project-tamriel.com if you'd like to help bring the next stages of the project to life
Sorry but i have to decline for using this mod because its not very lore friendly i mean you can even put a mod 2000000000000 years in the future and its still be lore friendly they got it all planed out history, land, events, lanuages and all maybe if i am intrested later (If the bethesda team starts being N'wahs and swits)
The mod is based on a combination of The Pocket Guide to the Empire, which is a lore book found in-game, Oblivion, and approximations to cover holes in the lore based on lore-friendly inferences. They go into greater detail on their website (provincecyrodiil.com), but I assure you that it is, indeed, lore-friendly.
TheUnraveler, I just wanted to let you know that the link you provided is incorrect and takes people to a sketchy, possibly scam site. The actual site for the mod is provincecyrodiil.project-tamriel.com
I downloaded it, put everything in the correct directory, registered it in the Morrowind ini, but when I tried teleporting to Cyrodiil I got warning signs galore. Everything seems to be missing. I get exclamation marks all over the place and a completely blank map. I can move around, but that's about it.
Are you on windows 8? And if so did your game instal under program files or progam files(x86). If it is the second then you will need to reinstall the game (or in my case I just moved the files to the correct folder) in the correct folder. If you do this be sure to copy your save files somewhere else first. I lost all mine upon just moving them.
Maybe I'm just lucky (for a change) but I'm running this mod with Morrowind on Windows 8.1 in the default program files(x86) location, and it seems to be running fine.
you open morrowind.ini look where other .bsa archives are listed, and add yours in the end of that list. Just keep an eye on formatting to do it right.
