Adds a cozy apartment and alchemy laboratory to the Vivec Foreign Quarter Canton Plaza. Intended for very advanced herbalists, botanists, and mages; will be overpowering for young characters, so your self-control might need exercising. Includes plenty of storage and several alchemy resources, including books with recipes and ingredient properties, Secret Masters apparati, and a scripted portion storage/sorter cabinet, which works slightly differently from some other common potion sorters in that it places all ingredients into one container, rather than into 100 or so containers.

- Despair - the potion sorter in this mod uses a slightly modified version of the scripts he wrote for his "Alchemical Ingredient Pots & Automatic Sorter" resource.
- The Wanderer - the apothecary cabinet, drawers, and scale used in this mod were created by The Wanderer and released to the community in "The Wanderers Resource Pack 02".
- Sgaileach1 - his absolutely beautiful "Illustrated Book of Alchemy" is included within this mod. You can find it on the apothecary desk. (Contact info in the enclosed readme.)
Note that I use several texture packs in my game and in my screenshots of this mod. Presently, I am using a combination of "Vibrant Morrowind" with a mix of mods changing rugs and tapestries. Your visual mileage may vary.
