About this mod

This mod is an attempt to create a better skills and combat system with a change to Health and Fatigue\'s behaviours, as well as a perk system when your skills get better.

Permissions and credits
Morrowind Code Patch required with "Swift Casting" activated.
IST changes a couple GMSTs, so make sure there are no mods loaded after IST which change/contaminate GMSTs.

Did you ever think, while creating your character, "Damn it, I don't need 10 skills, LONG BLADE will be enough" ?
Did you ever wonder why there were effects such as Blind or Damage Attribute, when it's quicker to charge and slay every foe by damaging their sole Health with your bloody LONG BLADE ?
Did you ever wonder why there were potions like "Fortify Fatigue" when you just have to rush your enemies and slaughter them with that awesome LONG BLADE ?

This mod is an attempt to create a better skills and combat system with a change to Health and Fatigue's behaviours, as well as a perk system when your skills get better.

It features an increased difficulty and shorter fights, since the damage received is much greater than before. However, new skills perks should help you to survive with a more technical approach to fights.

Reaching a given level in a skill gives you a special perk. For example, all weapons skills give you a passive Fortify Attack 30pts when above 20 (accuracy increase), and when using that type of weapon. The perks list is available in the readme.

Fatigue has a different behaviour. You don't loose it anymore when running, but you lose more when fighting. Being exhausted has a much worse effect than before, meaning that players require a more careful use of their Fatigue bar. Also, there are many perks that allows you to drain your own Fatigue to raise your effectivness.

As a counterpart for new skills, Health is 5 times less efficient, meaning that any health loss is 5 times greater, forcing you to use a more careful style of combat.

- Added new rules to elemental damage : When taking fire damage, you loose 20% more Health. When taking frost damage, 40% of that amount is deducted from your Fatigue. When taking frost damage, 20% of that amount is deducted from your Magicka.
