I don\'t care what you do with this. As I said, this was an easy thing to do. You probably can do this on your own. This upload was just meant to be a shortcut.

Changelogs
Version 1.2
Patched for Tribunal Museum.
Version 1.1
Gave Umbra more meat per request. For lack of a better name, it's been dubbed the "Damius Variant".
Added optional darker textures.
After playing Oblivion for a while, I decided I liked Oblivion's version better. So I searched for a mod that would change Morrowind's variant to match it. I was a little shocked to see that no mods did simply that, and only that.
I liked kalamestri_69's New Umbra (and highly suggest you try it!), but my personal taste made me want the vanilla model back.
I did a quick scale down in nifskope, and edited the sword to be one-handed and cast on strike. I also dropped the "Sword" suffix from Umbra. Minimum damage has been upped a little from 10 to 20. Besides that, it is completely unchanged. This took about five minutes, and was no trouble at all. I only posted this for the sake of convenience. I don't ask for any thanks or credit.
I suspect that this would only clash with mods that edit Umbra. And if you did already edit Umbra, you probably don't want this in the first place.
Copy/cut and paste the .esp and mesh folder into Data Files, then tick it in the mods list.
I am by no means a modder. Anything you want me to change, I probably don't have the resources or know-how to do.
This looks quite well with enchant glow removed.
Variant 1.1 - dubbed Damius Variant released.
1.2 Patch for Tribunal, in case you donate your sword to the museum.
