*Ring talking*.. Ah, yes.. My previous owner was very adept in Acrobatics, as well as Marksmanship.. He could also breathe under water.. Only while wearing me though, of course.. Heheh.. Well, one day while he was getting ready to go for a swim in his favorite Balmora location.. I accidently.. Slipped off of his finger.. He soon drown, of course.. Perhaps you can find me.. I'm in need of a new owner.. I promise.. I can help you in many ways.. I reside where my previous owner dropped me.. On the canal's edge in Balmora.
