About this mod

Ghostgate is supposed to be one of the most important places in Morrowind; the Ghostfence was built for the purposes of keeping all the corpus beasts and Dagoth Ur\'s minions trapped in the Red Mountain area rather than running free all over Morrowind. Yet this important place is completely unguarded. The Gate is opened by pressing a button. There

Permissions and credits
A long time ago I made several mods for Morrowind. I recently revisited the Elder Scrolls and was surprised to realise that while I'd hosted my mods on my own website (which no longer exists) I hadn't put them on the Nexus. Luckily I still had the files on my hard drive and so that mistake is now fixed...

Installation
simply unzip to your Morrowind/Date Files directory
enable the plugin on the Date Files menu of Morrowinds startup

What does it do?

Ghostgate is supposed to be one of the most important places in Morrowind; the Ghostfence was built for the purposes of keeping all the corpus beasts and Dagoth Ur's minions trapped in the Red Mountain area rather than running free all over Morrowind. Yet this important place is completely unguarded. The Gate is opened by pressing a button. There's nothing at all to stop the Corpus creatures from passing through the gate, so it seems a tad unrealistic. And then there's the Buoyant Armingers, supposedly recruited to guard Ghostgate, yet they all stand around indoors without even a window to see if anyone's sneaking around the Gate. So I decided to fix things a little by adding some more of these Armingers in and around the Ghostfence/Gate area. There's also some guards at the Ghostgate shrine as it seemed sensible for the Temple to have some protection for all the pilgrims they send there.

Do I need Tribunal or Bloodmoon?

Nope, this plugin only changes the Ghostgate and Red Mountain areas in Morrowind and therefore does not require either expansion
