NPC++ is the first in the series of mods to "fix" NPCs as most of them just stand outside 24/7. Each release should fix one town. In this first release, the few normal NPCs which wander outside will go home when it's night and seek shelter when it's raining. Vendors will teleport to the tradehouse at night.
Each NPC has his/her own

NPC++ [Gnisis] is the first in the series of mods to "fix" NPCs as most of them just stand outside 24/7. Each release should fix one town. In this first release, the few normal NPCs which wander outside will go home when it's night and seek shelter when it's raining. Vendors will teleport to the tradehouse at night.
Each NPC has his/her own schedule, so not all of them go to bed at the same time. Some of them like to sleep long while some wake up early. There is one weakness: the NPCs must teleport. Walking causes too many problems. Also, this mod leaves some of the quest NPCs intact.
