Louis Beauchamp who asks you to find his Airship and Amulet of Infectious Charm during the The Patchwork Airship quest. He is always in Ald-ruhn but once you agree to help him he will say if you want him to wait in Fort Frostmoth or to say put in Ald-ruhn. This is so you do not have to travel too much from Solstheim to Vvardenfell. To start the quest he is in Ald-ruhn but from there the rest of the quest can be done in Solstheim. If you choose to have Louis in Fort Frostmoth he will just be on the Fort Frostmoth docks.
