Texture overhaul for Sotha Sil's Clockwork City, as seen in the Elder Scrolls expansion Tribunal. Design was heavily influenced by the game Bioshock, in the sense that I've tried to work some art deco style into the textures while still making it consistent with the Chimer/Dunmer style.

Please ask permission if you want to alter/edit these textures or use them in your own projects. Redistribution (translations, mod packs, etc.) in its current form is fine as long as credit is given where it is due.
