To go there, Take the boat at Dagon Fel.

Chapter 4 :
1 island,3 armor sets,21 dungeons,weapons,4 quests
and more.
Go to Gnaar Mok and take the boat to start the adventure!

Chapter 5 :
REQUIRES CHAPTER 4
Adds around 20 dungeons,quests,
2 small towns,2 territories,2 classes,factions and much more...
Talk to Sulis the Mage in the Arena waistworks, In vivec to start everything.

Chapter 6 :
Adds 13 dungeons,quests,weapons,armors and 1 island.
To go there, talk to Pevengius in Sadrith Mora (near the slave market).
Don't forget to visit the arena in Tel Aruhn.
WARNING: If you quit Teloras Island, you won't be able to come back, so make sure that you
are done when you will leave.

Chapter 7 :
DUNGEONS 6 IS REQUIRED
15 dungeons,quests,armor sets and more.
If you finished Dungeons 6, talk to Lord Arenim at Sadrith Mora's Morag Tong.
Other Dungeons:

Dwemer Ruin in Caldera
Tel Satheri at Tel Vos
2 arenas, 1 at Sadrith mora and 1 at Ald'Ruhn
1 dungeon at Pelagiad.

Chapter 8 :
REQUIRES TRIBUNAL AND BLOODMOON
Adds 13 dungeons, 3 armor sets,weapons and more stuff
To start, talk to the Mage in Vivec, Temple, near Vivec's statue (Vivec who kills a shalk).

Chapter 9 :
Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
Adds 25 dungeons, 25 elite versions, 5 beasts that will fight for you, 6 armor sets that
you can buy from 2 different insignias and 2 other
armor sets that you will gain from dungeons (randomly), around 30 artifacts, and finally,
3 new classes.
To go there, talk to the teleporter, near Maar Gan's siltsrider.
To return to Vvandarfell, go to the Refuge.
