Necromancer's Keep
Adds a keep (or castle) between Seyda Neen and Pelagiad. To get inside, look for strange falling guy on this road (not the one with colovian helm!).

Update 1.2
1. Teleportation system is changed. Now there are 2 rings - on with enchantment, but without script. Another one - without enchantment, but with teleportation into master's area.
Multiply menu-based teleports are removed because of bugs.
You can access room of portals through the book in master's area.
2. Fixed some remnants from russian Morrowind (like Spirit Doors book).

The gates that lock the way from Seyda Neen to Pelagiad can be opened or closed
