Unfortunately I get "Expression Error Unable to find cell id "Seyda Neen, Census and Excise Office" in script dbattackScript." Any idea what this might be?

I get the exact same error on start-up. Does it have to do with me using the German language version?

I hate asking questions years later. I started a new game and now would like these attacks to start. Disabled the mod in NMM. Loaded a save, which said, one of the files this save file may reply on may be missing... game loaded fine.

When I sleep, no attacks occur.

    Anything I can do?

I think the only thing you can do is either start a new game or complete the main quest.

Could it be, because I'm playing the german version?

It's frankly amazing how Bethesda apparently completely overlooked to do this in the first place, especially since the Tribunal expansion is more or less intended to be played after the Morrowind Main Quest.

I know this is probably a dumb question, but where do I put this file? I'm dropping this unzipped in the main morrowind folder and I still get attacked after coming back to a save game.

okay. this is my first mod ever and i'm having a bit of a problem. when i click 'download with manager,' my computer asks me if i want to 'open URL:Nexus Mods links.' i can either say open, or don't open, but neither option starts the download. the tutorial videos i watched said nothing about this. please help.

Okay basically, its your browser asking you if you want to open those links in NMM (Nexus mod manager) which since you got that message, means you clicked on the Download with manager button. What that button does is, assuming you clicked open when it asked you that, starts up NMM and downloads it. The manager is designed to work for all your modding needs form downloading and installing mods, to sorting plugins, organizing your mods, etc. Now since you are stating outright that when clicking open nothing happens, this means you haven't installed NMM. That is a requirement for modding here on the nexus. Unless you download manually of course, but downloading with the manager is so much easier. So go get NMM then try again, and always be sure to read the installation instructions for any mod, some have more steps than others.

Should have been like this in the vanilla game, tbh. It makes more sense to me that the DB would be called on you *after* you're well known as the Nerevarine.
