Conflicts with Simple Balmora House. The houses use the same cell/object space(??) what makes them clash. (I'm not sure if my description made any sense.)

This is such a perfect little house. Nicely decorated with enough storage satisfy my hoarding needs.

What I usually do is but the ring from Vodunius Nuccius so he can leave Seyda Neen and vacate his house, then move in there.  Can anybody tell me if there is significantly increased storage in this house compared to Vodunius's house?  Or really any improvement over the other house?

I love this house - it's very cosy (number 1 priority for me) and has enough storage to keep things from beginning to mid game.

I've run into a problem. The interior cells of the house keep resetting. At first it was just some minor things but now the entire thing is reset and I've lost ALL my items. My character is pretty late-game so I had a good amount of things in there.

I know the chests aren't supposed to respawn so I don't think it's a problem with the original mod. I'll try re-installing and see if that fixes it.

I use Wrye Mash 2019 x64 if that helps.

Update: the problem is with Wrye Mash. It is deleting the chests/containers in the house including the stuff with it when I ran "RepairAll" on a save game.

Great first home especially for a returning player or first time players that are aware of the storage container re-spawn thing. Lets you have a little base to drop stuff while you do the quests around Seyda and have a little rest. Like the touch of the back garden and hammock. I would like a little fence around the back to stop mudcrabs getting too close! :)

This looks like a very nice little place: simple and modest, but lovely. I'm amazed it's been around for so many years, but I've never seen it before.

I like that this mod does not change the landscape and everything inside looks very nice and cozy. But objects on the ground do not fit with grass mods. Also I have the feeling what garden near lighthouse out of place, because of alien plants for this region.

Thank you. I am going to rework this mod a wee bit. I have just rewritten readme file and I am going to make some changes in the mod itself.
I do like your note about plants. I will consider that. I am thinking about more but small changes. I will check grass mods out as well and I might do some changes to fit better.

As an option, you can make the house less cheaty if you rename it to "Processus Vitellius House" and move the key into his pocket or for better compatibility, put it next to the body of the tax collector.

I haven't played Morrowind in years, and I just started playing it again. Do houses respawn (objects, ect)? Like ruins or caves in Skyrim?
