  1. Where the f*#@ do I extract it. Who puts the time into a mod and doesn't type a read me.
    1. Create a Folder with any name you want, paste the archive inside this folder and extract it with 7zip. Copy the extracted archive, "Balconyhouse.esp" and paste in the Morrowind Data Files folder. If you install this manually, then you have to activate it in the Morrowind Launcher. A Mod Managers activate them automatically, check your Load Order for possible conflicts. Cheers.
    2. Heh the readme for this wasn't exactly that great anyway.  I used to use an updated one by Geotangy BalconyHouseV2.   I don't think either of these are compatible with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind though--which is a pity.

      Balmora Balcony House by Ravensong

BalconyHouse is a stately structure in fine Hlallu tradition. It is attractively decorated, upscale but not overwhelming, comfortable and designed to meet character needs.

Features: High capacity storage containers; generous treasure display areas; fully equipped laboratory; attractive layout and decor; landscaped balcony with beautiful views, interior faithful to exterior; location steps from Town Centre.
  2. There is no better modded house in Balmora, I was looking for an updated house but this is bar the best. I installed this mod many years ago and decided to play again with OpenMW with a new set of mods, including a house in Balmora.
  3. Very nice house. Nice layout and design. Not too much, not too little. I like how it's all in a single cell, so no load doors. Also great how it uses purely vanilla resources so any mesh and texture replacers work seamlessly.

For my personal use, I modified it to cost $10,000. I can't appreciate things that are free :) I also removed the free grandmaster alchemy equipment and all the books. Also there are a few dirty edits. Endorsed, thanks!
    1. If you don't mind me asking I'm curious how you were able to modify the house? I love the mod but agree that getting it for free breaks my roleplaying.
  4. Looks great. Reminds me of a Balmora House I was working on years ago. I had a tree house also, the tree house was much more finished. Right out of Seyda Neen. Still have the camp site though. I was learning about cleaning mods so I could upload and contribute but had too many OS crashes to keep up. It's nice to see something like it is being shared. It's been so long I have to learn the construction set all over again. Thank you
  5. Guys, where to extract the file , because had big break in game and don't remember the destined location
  6. Help me I can't find the House tell me where is the house
  7. My favorite house so far in Morrowind. Its perfect for me, very elegant yet approachable. Not so large as to be overwhelming, not so plain as to feel grubby. Its the perfect house for a lady warrior adventurer. Placed off to the side and approached by stairs it fits nicely into the surroundings. I have used this house mostly so far, porting back to in after a hard days adventuring. I love to get into my jammies and relax by the fire. Very well done, thanks

A little silly don't ya think?
    1. 12 images uploaded by others....
    2. Sure, but none by him, and he's the one that said it, not them.
  9. Hi! You will be surprised how nice this house is, plenty of everything you need. If you want to install this house with Balmora Expanded then you will need to delete a house included by Balmora Expanded and then set this house in its place with the Construction Set. The house is compatible with MGSO but not with Morrowind Rebirth which has buildings covering the whole city. Cheers!
  10. is this compatible with MGSO overhaul?
    1. Yes, I installed it with MGSO, is not compatible with Morrowind Rebirth.
