INSTALLATION METHOD:
extract ¨Balmora House III.esp & Balmora Watch Tower Stairs¨¨ from zip file to the: morrowind data folder.
When starting game go to DATA FILES and check the BALMORA HOUSE III.esp & Balmora Watch Tower Stairs.esp
