If you want to buy a house like in Oblivion but when you buy it the house comes furnished then this is the plug-in for you. You can get a house in every city. Talk to Rodgu gro-Gamul in the Redoran Council Entrance to buy a house in Aldruhn, Talk to Bassus Modius in the Hlaalu Council Manor to buy a house in Balmora, Talk to Naarifin in the Royal Palace Courtyard to buy a house in Mournhold, Talk to Voldsea Heran in the Tel Naga Great Hall to buy a house in Sadrith Mora, Talk to Monesa Salen in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks to buy a house in Vivec. The Aldruhn house cost 12000, the Balmora house cost 25000, the Mournhold house cost 20000, the Sadrith Mora house cost 6000, and the Vivec house cost 10000.

There are two plug-ins here to download. The Buy A House plug-in is all the houses for Vvardenfell and requires Morrowind. The Buy A House (Mournhold) is the house for Mournhold. It requires Morrowind and Tribunal but does not require the Buy A House plug-in.
