This mod includes a small but very functional hideout in the basement of Arrille's Tradehouse, Seyda Neen complete with named containers, a merchant, a new birthsign, and three special items.

Note: Blood Moon and Tribunal are required for this mod.

Details
- The containers included are Weapons, Enchanted Weapons, Armour, Enchanted Armour, Quest % Trophy Items, Clothing, Books & Scrolls, Misc Items, Alchemy Items & Ingredients, Enchanted Items, and Potions.
- The only cell change is to Arrille's Tradehouse in Seyda Neen. The containers which were in the basement originally still exist and can be found outside of the basement. ( Use the consoul and TCL to get to them if you need to. )
- The merchant is found in the basement. She can sell you any armour, clothing, or misc item found in Morrowind, Tribunal, or Blood Moon. She has 65,000 gold for barter. She barters any item, repairs, trains ( Speechcraft, Acrobatics, and Mercantile ), sells spells, spellmaking, enchanting services, and travel to Sadrith Mora, Dagon Fel, Ald-ruhn, and Molag Mar.
- The three special items are the Mystic Ring, Mystic Blade, and Mystic Shield. They all carry unique enchantments for high level characters. Although they are not by any means God Items.
- The new birthsign, The Druid, is quite powerful and is for higher level characters as well. The Druid birthsign is similar to the Mystic Ring in enchantments but is more powerful.
