Corrected a very stupid grammatical oversight. :)

By request, changed and added a couple of dialogue options to make things a bit simpler. (Like it wasn't simple already?) :)

Fixed a bug with the journal after you go to the place where the hat is.

Yes, here is the final version. First, there are no more chests in Balmora that also contain the hat. I didn't realize the chest ID needed to be changed. Secondly, and most importantly . . . the Jester's Hat is now a JESTER'S HAT! Thanks to McMornan, the nicest stranger I've ever met online, for making an honest-ta-god Jester's Hat, and I'm not talkin' a green Cordovian Fur Helm, no sir, this is the real thing. It is wicked, and it is the perfect thing for bard types!
