I recently got back into Morrowind and decided I wanted a house mod, but none I downloaded were exactly what I wanted.
I wanted a house in Balmora that would be easy to remember, what better place than to live upstairs of Caius Cosade's house.
This mod changes the 'Exterior' of Caius's house to accommodate for a second story.
It is a small one room house with more than enough storage for most players, I kept it simple since complex houses can be annoying.
