This makes the NPCs of the Morrowind Main Quest less generic and more interesting. Approximately 75 NPCs have had new dialogue, personality, and backstory added, including but not limited to Hlaalu/Telvanni Councilors, Blades, Dissident Priests, etc. No new quests, but a couple of tweaks to exisitng ones.
It is not an "official" LGNPC mod yet, but only because the LGNPC team has a backlog of mods. I (Ostar) am an LGNPC mod creator/writer.
