The first thing you're going to want to do is find a Fletcher's kit somewhere in the game. They look exactly like Repair Prongs, except dark silver in color. Check pawnbrokers, a few armorers, and Creeper. I know I've placed kits in Vivec, Balmora, Caldera, and (I think) Ald'ruhn. There really aren't enough fletcher kits in the game, I'm sorr

The first thing you're going to want to do is find a Fletcher's kit somewhere in the game. They look exactly like Repair Prongs, except dark silver in color. Check pawnbrokers, a few armorers, and Creeper. I know I've placed kits in Vivec, Balmora, Caldera, and (I think) Ald'ruhn. There really aren't enough fletcher kits in the game, I'm sorry to say, because the game considers them Misc Items, not repair tools, so I can't give them to most armorers/smiths without making them buy all Misc Items (and what smith is going to want to buy your stupid Folded Cloth?). If you get too frustrated, the console command player->AddItem "fletcher_kit" 01 will give you a kit. Be good, and drop 275 gold, the price of the kit, if you do this--you wouldn't want to be labelled a cheater would you?
