   Wish most of the racial powers were combined, no reason for imperials to have so many small powers the player will forget about.  There is not a single good race rebalance mod in existence

   Essentially a cheat mod, totally op. Look at orc berserk ability, just ridiculous.

      Use the code patch to make enemy orcs able to use the ability too. Not really a cheat mod :/

   I would like to try this mod but it bothers me that the stats are imbalanced between races. In vanilla all race/genders = 310 total stats, whereas some like Altmer are 320 but Argonian are 310...

   Some of those spells are a bit... op. I mean really, 50 points increase in strength? Also, why is this in Oblivion and not Morrowind?

    I hate when I have to do this kind of "Copy-Paste-Endorsement", but I have downloaded so many amazing mods that I haven't gotten around to throw all of you your well deserved endorsement.
