This sounds interesting and balanced, I'll take a look. Edit: This is an excellent mod and does exactly as advertised. It adds a small shop just outside of Seyda Neen and inside is an NPC with 1000 gold and a modest amount of potions and items and bedrolls for sale. There is also an NPC in here that is "just hanging out". This is a great addition to the game. Thanks for this.

No install this shitty mod, it's may damage your saves and needed to start new fucking game.
