A little mod I made for personal use. It was born out of my desire to be able to change hairs without the need to use the enableracemenu console comand. The wigs models are from Modern Hairs for Mackom. I don't really plan to release this (that would be way too much work, especially in terms of creating inventory icons for each wig), but maybe one day I change my mind.

And hey, a mod without icons is better than no mod at all. Or one icon for many/all items. If the description/tool tip is adequate that shouldn't be too much an issue imo.
