This is definitely one of the cooler designs, love the texture work, especially on the helmet. Looks both practical and outlandish, perfect fit to Morrowind's style, and also very vanilla friendly, it could go side by side with Bethesda's Adamantium armor as a native variant.
The blue and light silver color scheme, as well as ornate clothing, makes me think of House Indoril from TR, so I think it would be a great fit there, maybe for the nobles. And if not, it's still a solid work. 10/10
