looks like a missing texture, probably from a chair model replacer. find the model's .nif file and check the texture path to make sure you have your texture in the correct location. if you can't work it out that way, deleting the custom chair model should make it default back to vanilla chair. consider posting a bug report on the modpage where you downloaded the chair from.

Aren't Morrowind meshes loose, and not compressed in .bsa? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it will only result in a missing mesh, thus necessitating a reinstall.
When loading locations where the chair is located with the missing texture, a warning should appear on the screen about the lack of a file, remember the name of the file, after leaving the game, select the desired file, give it the desired name and upload it to the Textures folder, when reloading the game should be all right.
