An odd individual found deep in the ruins of Bloodwind. He calls himself Dro'bar and seems obsessed with the Moons and claims that everything in Bloodwind is Lost and with no return. I find this khajiit quite odd, yet it's refreshing seeing a friendly in depths such as this. Perhaps Dro'bar can enlighten me to what really happened down here in Bloodwind...
Yet he seems too occupied with that damned riddle.
