Did they even finish Morroblivion? Honestly.... from what I gather Morroblivion denies the option to add a lot of really great mods... My version of Morrowind uses the Morrowind Sound and Graphic Overhaul (MGSO) as a base, and then I have installed other graphical things over that. Were I doing it again, though, I'd actually build the game from scratch, without MGSO, because not only is it very out of date, but there are some severe (as in game-breaking) bugs that need patching... the process is extremely tedious. Here are three excellent guides on building a Morrowind install from the ground up: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Morrowind http://pastebin.com/7gF2VLaf https://www.reddit.com/r/Morrowind/wiki/mods/1080pizzalist
You could also try Open MW, which has essentially created an entirely new engine for the game. The reason I don't use it is because not all mods are compatible, and it doesn't allow for Distant Land. https://openmw.org/en/
