My last set used an older palette that was given to me a couple of years ago which has light purple and dark brown shades. This picture is taken with my own palette that I made which has darker purple and light grey shades. They each have their highs and lows. While mine looks better during the day the other looks better at night... or so it seems. Further testing is needed to see if that holds up with The Symphony and Scripted Lightings.

Yes I can officially report that my Purple Haze Palette works with The Symphony and Scripted Lightings perfectly, indoors and out.

I will now try again to make some new coloured palettes. Hopefully this time I get even greater results!

This is an amazing screen. As long as there are no characters in the picture, modded Morrowind can still be compared to much newer games.

  OK, I take it back. Even characters look nice in a modded Morrowind. From screenshots and videos, because I've never actually played it , I got a feeling they had weird proportions, the heads are too small and legs are too thin and long. I was too young/my english was too weak when it was released and then there was Oblivion. I intend to play it one day, but there is too many other games and not enough time. It is incredible that new mods are still being made and I have a feeling people will still be modding it when I finally install it ten yeas from now.

  You are correct. The characters looked ugly in vanilla Morrowind. In fact, the entire game is ugly without mods. Vanilla Morrowind is a pain in the @!# to play... But the Bethesda Modding Community was built from Morrowind and they have been modding it for over 10 years now. My current Morrowind build is more demanding on my gaming computer then my 171 modded Skyrim game.

  You know, I have collected and have made a lot of palettes and although a few of the work this Purple Haze palette is by FAR the best. There is not another palette that even comes close to the overall effect. That means that it works at night and during the day.
