A small mod I'm working on to add some figures from lore which should be in Morrowind around 3E 427. This would be a first attempt to realize Llensi Llaram (the homesick girl from the Anvil Fighter's Guild) and Frathen Drothan (rogue Telvanni "Archmagister" and would-be conqueror of Cyrod, robe retex by Dark Baron, gauntlets by Hellwolve). There are a few more NPCs, so this is just a first WIP example. Most of them should have a bit of unique dialogue, but I'm also planning to include two or three basic level quests as background for their Oblivion presence.

- Frathen Drothan, rogue Telvanni. "Archmagister" doesn't fit into MW (not even with TR), but thinking about how Telvanni works, I guess this title is self-proclaimed anyway. So I'll give him some rank below the mage-lords and place him in Tel Aruhn, the tower which is unclaimed at some point. I think you could assist him in his studies on Mehrunes the Razor, e.g. contact two or three scholars (Fyr would of course refuse to help this madman) or obtain the "Treatise on Ayleidic Cities" from the Khajiit. I've just read that Drothan is mentioned in LGNPC Uvirith, so I'll probably make an optional file where he's excluded to keep continuity with this one. But I think I have to find some terribly clever solution if Nerevar has the Razor.
- Firthan Andoran, advisor at the Court of Mournhold. There's even an Andoran Manor in MH, so he fits in perfectly. Philea Nielus in the Imperial Comission of Ebonheart. Both are mentioned in a background note for Mehrunes' Razor DLC.
- Llensi Llaram. Nerevar could help her to get a passage to the mainland. First by carriage, then by boat, so to say. I'll add the Cyrodiil chapter of PGE1 to her belongings.
- Thedrin of Mournhold (needs a surname), the scholar who coined the term "Aedric Prophecies", placed at the MH court in this function. Has some dispute with a Shad Astula mage, you should deliver "Thedrin's Aedra and Daedra" as an excuse. Yep, the Ordinator quest, but MW has a lot of those.
- Falanu Hlaalu, the alchemist from Skingrad. More or less exiled from MW due to her tastes. Not sure what to do with her, maybe some link to Sharn gra-Muzgob. She's kind of a typical Oblivion joke figure which is a bit difficult to reintroduce in Morrowind style.
- Dranas Llethro and Hillod the Outlaw. Waterfront residents who once worked at Raven Rock. Nothing special planned.
- Elder Othreloth (needs a full name, is not yet an Elder). The priest from DB Raven Rock, placed in Holamayan among the Dissidents (compatibility with the Holamayan Overhaul ...). DB claims that he was once an Ashlander, but the name says otherwise, so I'll rework that somehow. Perhaps he visits Urshilaku after the MQ is finished and lives among them or something.
- Malur Omayn (a rather prominent Dissident) and Nolus Atrius (corrupt Balmora magistrate), both mentioned in MW dialogue. I have to check if TR has something planned for them and if I can introduce them in a proper way. I'm definitely not going to add the Alma Rula. This is a big one and I'll gladly leave that to TR.
- Ezhmaar Sul (Sul-Ezhmaar), Vuhon, Ilzheven from Infernal City and Lord of Souls. They should be in Vivec, but I think about modifying their names slightly.
- Neria Relethyl, Saldus Llervu and Deros Dran whose accounts are featured in Skyrim's "The Red Year", at their respective places.
Not sure yet:
- Melisi Daren, a huntress. Apparently the only Dunmer in Oblivion who calls you Sera. Could have been from the mainland, though.
- Lleril Morvayn, son of Brara Morvayn. Unsure, probably not. Would love to add him to the other young Ald'ruhn nobles (Varvur Sarethi, Sanvyn Llethri and so on), but I'll have to use my mathlete on Dunmeri lifespan. He's in charge of Raven Rock around 4E 200.
- other people mentioned in MW dialogue (latest rumors): Bilsa Andaram in Gnisis, Narese Athrys in Suran, Madayna Sarendas in Dagon Fel, Baram in Vivec, Naryn in Fort Moonmoth, old Avus in Balmora.
For a sequel, not in this one:
- Karethys, court sorceress of Wayrest. As if Tribunal wouldn't deliver enough Daggerfall fan service - but she was always in the Dark Elven fraction in Wayrest, so I think she followed Berry and Helseth into their royal exile back to Morrowind after they lost the power struggle against Elysana.
- Hercurnian Baeboris, Imperial Historian who later delivered a work called "Riddle of the Incarnate, Impartially Considered". Mentioned in ES Codex. Could be some nice touch after you've finishing the MQ.
- From apocrypha: Senior Armiger Felaren Hlerano from Dynas' great apocrypha on the Sixth House. Rilas Rothalnim or some other figures as a reference towards the most impressive Pentannual Census.
- From old Dev RP's: much to adapt from there ...
A note on "Elder Othreleth", it's possible that he took a "House Elf" name upon leaving the Ashlander life behind (and to distinguish himself from other Velothi). As has been done in many real world cultures.

Although Drothan's robe looks way to cheap and simple compared to the Oblivion version. I recommend using, say, expensive_robe_03 instead.
