I really like the faces that come with the better heads and bodies compilation here on the nexus, but i've always felt like they could be sharper. I've upscaled the originals to 1024x1024 and applied a mild skin texture to add a bit more texture to the faces -- particularly the sides of the head.

I've already converted every single head (minus beast races) and i'll look at getting permissions to release this if anyone is interested.

    Very nice! Too bad I prefer different head replacer, otherwise I would definitely use your improved version

      I use Vvardenfell Visages. They are quite different from Vanilla heads, but I like them anyway

      I really liked the screenshots that I saw on Morrowind Modder's history. Is it Better Head's compatible? Do you know?

      In my opinion the two best head replacers are MacKom's Races Redone and Westly's Head Replacer. MacKom's heads are a bit more stylized, but extremely detailed and still lore-friendly. Westly's heads are also very vanilla-friendly and don't look as "cartoony". I used Westly's heads for a long time, but prefer MacKom's heads. I think they fit extremely well into the game.
