Remove Rain Effect in Monster Hunter World

Permissions and credits
(Iceborne Updated)
Removes the rain effect in-game. (sounds and splash effect on character remain)
Helps with stutters and minor framerate stability.
I would of had adjusted it to optimize and make it look better, but the Tex tools available at the moment can't convert these particular textures

Install Instructions:
  • Extract .zip
  • Place NativePC on the root of ../Steam/steamapps/common/Monster Hunter World

NativePC\vfx\dds\stage\st101\st101_rain_NM.rtex
NativePC\vfx\dds\cm\cm_liquid\cm_liquid_900_BM.tex -thru- cm_liquid_911_BM.tex
(There are a few extra, but are non-overlapping referenced files)
