Speedup "M★6 Fade to Black" Fatalis from 1.05x to 1.3x when raging and make it always in rage. Feel the Rajang style insanity.

The mod increases "M★6 Fade to Black" Fatalis rage speed bonus from 1.05x to 1.3x, and always trigger the rage state.
The mod cannot be used in multiplayer properly if others doesn't have the same mod installed.
The quest is still playable but others without this mod may see the animation of some Fatalis actions being skipped just like the network was out of sync. This is because the speed configuration is not a quest setting, it is not synced to others.
Useful optional quest files (edit by QuestEditor https://github.com/Aradi147/MHW-Quest):
- 50 min and 30 faints.
- 50 min and 30 faints, and Arch Tempered version (no AI changed)
- 50 min and 30 faints, AT, ~1.4x total HP (12x to 17x) and 1.5x part HP (10x to 15x)
- 50 min and 5 faints, AT, ~1.4x total HP and 1.5x part HP
- 50 min and 3 faints, AT, ~1.4x total HP and 1.5x part HP
- 30 min and 5 faints, AT, ~1.4x total HP and 1.5x part HP
- 30 min and 3 faints, AT, ~1.4x total HP and 1.5x part HP
- (my preferred version) 50 min and 5 faints, AT, ~1.4x total HP and 1.5x part HP, and:
- 1.5x money, HR/MR rank points
- multiplayer modifier from 210 to 300
Not translated, so in the quest list, you can see AT and 50 min correctly. But in the detail, the faints count is no correct.
