Updated version of Insect Glaive QoL Overhaul https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/4518 for the v15.1x version of the game.

This is the updated version of Insect Glaive QoL Overhaul
That mod wasn't working anymore since updates of the game broke some element.
Mod author seems to be inactive so this is a re-release.
All original work is to be credited to original author
I updated the directory structure and the new file keeping the same values as original author did.
However the kinsect charge time are still as in base game. Normalizing dragon pod to stone seemed a bit odd to me.
For all other changes, please refer to the original mod.
