(Note: Let me explain how exactly element conversion works. Originally it raises elemental attack by 5% of total elemental resistance. So if you have 100 total elemental resistance you get 5 'true' elemental attack power which is basically 50 on the screen due to bloated values. Now its 50% which gives 50 true element attack power or 500 on the screen.)
