The elderseal boost are a pretty useless skill, the utility are very specific and make just a little difference. Razor Sharp/Spare Shot in other way are very useful but very difficulty to access that skill (only in Xeno armor set bonus skill, Ciri Alpha Armor, Lunastra weapons from the "Styx" tree and Razor Sharp Charm). So a make the change, now a mid rare decoration have a real good skill for people in mid-game (in end-game Master's Touch from Teostra set are better and Fatalis set give True Razor Sharp/Spare Shot)...
