About this mod

- Changes the motion values of the charge blade to replicate the motion values in MH4U for said weapon specifically for the sword, axe and phial damage.
- Nerfs both charged sword mode and axe mode

Now the innate weapon abilities match MH4U charge blade, and the artillery skill 3 is now 40% phial damage increase ( 20, 30, & 40).

CB means Charge blade
MH4U means Monster hunter 4 ultimate
MHIC means Monster Hunter Ice-borne
SAED means super amped element discharge
MVs means Motion Values

- MHIC CB MVs are now exactly the same as MH4U CB MVs
- CB weapon ability (charged axe/shield,) now provides a 20% damage increase like it was in MH4U
- Phial damage now increases by 30% rather than 20% when shield is charged as is it was in MH4U
- Sword mode is now nonviable (the time it lasts for is now 0 seconds)
- Savage axe mode is now nonviable (the time it lasts for is now 0 seconds)

CONSIDERATIONS
- SAED still does not deplete your charged axe/shield so SAED phial damage remains lower than that of what it was in MH4U to keep it somewhat balanced though SAED is 10% stronger than it is in MHIC base game. ( SAED = 25+99+100 + 18*5 40 KO per phial, it was 25*5 in MHIC 40 KO per phial and 33*5 in MH4U  100 KO per phial)

It would be nice if i could figure out how to deplete the charged shield/ axe so i don't have to re-balance the SAED but for now this is all i can do.
