Loads the .NET Runtime to allow CLR (or CLI) dlls to be injected into the game.

This plugin loads the .NET Runtime to allow CLR (or CLI) dlls to be injected into the game.
Installation:
Put the .dll in nativePC\plugins\.
CLR Plugin Installation:
The plugin has it's own injector as Stracker's Loader can't load CLR assemblies. All CLR Plugins go in nativePC\clr_plugins\, and will be loaded from there.
Additional Notes:
Since CLR Plugins will be loaded from a different location, they will not have direct access to Strackers Console. I will implement something along the line.
This plugin is useless by itself. If you are not trying to run a CLR plugin (of which there aren't any atm) there is no reason for you to download this.
