It does nothing but change square keyboard buttons into circles as controller buttons. Since I don't have any experience on Photoshop, lot's of buttons look wired. Maybe only I think the circle buttons are nice. (-_-#)
Install: put nativePC under the folder Monster Hunter World. Uninstall: delete nativePC/ui/common/tex/button_win_ID.tex
