This one works for the latest MHW Fatalis update, change your name and enjoy. Only tested char name change but afaik with the right address the rest should work also. I am not responsible for any breaking your save/game, use at your own risk
I dont plan on maintaining this if it breaks, just sharing results after A LOT of work
