Adds spare shot to Burstcannon and Snipecannon. Can also change the special ammo they use.

I am trying to grow a community around modding in my new Discord server. You can ask questions here about mods and get help troubleshooting.
First and foremost, this is a cheat. Please do not complain about how this is unfair or unbalanced. That is the point.
Safi's Burstcannon is the most busted weapon in the game. So I thought, why not make it more busted? So I thought that giving it natural spare shot (no charm needed) would be a nice change. Or you can change your special ammo to wyvernfire if you want those faster tenderizes or just like wyvernsnipe. Or you can have both! I also gave these same options to Safi's Snipecannon because it is pretty much just a ranged Burstcannon (can swap for wyvernfire instead of snipe because it already has snipe).
Other people won't see the skill on the weapon when they inspect your equipment, but it still works and the skill will appear on the weapon for you.
Note: If somebody else is using a Burstcannon or Snipecannon and you inspect their equipment it will show them having spare shot, but unless they have the mod installed as well, they won't actually get spare shot from their weapon.
I probably screwed up somewhere as I did this very quickly so please point an error out if you find it and I will fix it as soon as I can.
