    Mod works. Anybody claiming otherwise is user error (99% from not reading the description of Stracker Loader if previous cases are to be believed).

    If someone reports an issue with this not working with the latest patch that isn't a full Stracker Loader log as a description and indicating they have read this comment, you are getting perma blocked from all of my content.

    This is giving me serious stuttering problems EVEN HAVING 120 FPS AT THE GAME, I didn't had them before installing this mod, any solutions?

      I agree. When I have this plugin installed, my game is slowed down significantly. Monster fights feel like they're in slow-motion. As soon as I remove the plugin DLL, the game runs perfectly fine. My system specs - I9 processor, 32GB Ram, 4070 Ti Super.

      There is no banning system in MHW.

    Works nicely for Steam Deck. You'll need Stracker's Loader as well, so install that too. Then:

    • Launch the game once (for newly installed)
    • Switch to Desktop Mode
    • Install Protontricks from the Discover Store
    • Launch Protontricks > select MHW > select "Select the defaults wineprefix" > select "Install a windows DLL or component" > checkbox vcrun2022 and install it, wait for installation windows, you will see two of them (it will seem like it's doing the same installation again, just accept, afterwards it will return to the previous Protontricks window, just cancel out until it closes)
    • For mod installation, just do the usual steps, download the mod zip and extract it in the game's main folder.You need to use Stacker Loader 3.0.0
    • Set the game launch options (go into the MHW shortcut properties, and copy/paste this: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8.dll,loader.dll=n,b" %command%

    I had good success with 10W TDP, 1200mhz GPU, 40hz cap.

    I don't know why my CPU go to 90°C when i play MHW and it happen since last update and nothing i do work, so if it was a cpu problem i guess it's happen to ohter game. But even with this my computer burn, and it never happened during my 7k hours on the game

      It might not have any effect on performance, but if you need the CRC bypass as a requirement for other mods, then sure. No problems using this on Linux in general.

      Update: Looks like Capcom uses Enigma now.

      So what are all the recent reviews in Steam about Iceborne DLC and DRM?

      Any negative reviews on MHW/I specifically about new DRM or performance issues caused by said DRM are 100% false. MHW/I does not have Enigma DRM or any DRM now.

      Of course, I can't tell what will happen in the future. The article you linked is about MHR.

    Is this mod good for high-end PC? i have +60fps on maxed settings. I'm looking for most ultra-visual, but does this mod remove bad codes that don't effect visual or just for ultimate performance?

      I can't definitively answer this, but I have a high-end PC and didn't notice any improvement. I don't know if there are clear ways to test it. Basically, I loaded into Astera and noted my CPU usage, FPS etc.. and did it again after applying the performance booster and there was no difference. I won't say that this mod doesn't work, but I have a 13th-gen Intel CPU and I assume this mod doesn't do much when a system is already capable of handling more than what's being thrown at it.
      Really, all I want is for the massive stuttering in Astera to stop. That's the only location where I experience that.
