Increases damage for the IG midair attacks and makes them actually viable to use. Also increases some extract duration. (And more)

Mount Damage: 0/0/0/0/0/10 > 10/10/10/10/10/20 > 5/2/2/2/2/17 > 5/2/1/0/0/10
(Now good decent for mounting)
For Reference: GS Lvl3 Midair slash is 100 Mount Dmg.

Descending Thrust: 28 > 10 > 11, BUT
It's now a Multi Hit Move: Hits every 3 frames
(~5 ticks per descending thrust depending on height
and monster)

This update aims to make the grounded infinite combo an equal alternative to Tornado Slash spam, possibly even better.
