Thank you for this mod! It's convenient to not have to talk to the NPC and check the botanical counts after each quest.
For anyone who wants to run this and/or other executables automatically, I added a CustomLauncher.bat file to the Monster Hunter World directory. A .bat file can be created with any text editor. Upon starting up the game in Steam, the example below loads ReShade Injector++, MonsterHunterWorld.exe, MHW Pause, & Fertilizer Counter: @echo off start "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World" MHW-ReShadeInjector++.exe start "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World" MonsterHunterWorld.exe start "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World" MHWPause.exe CD "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\MHW_FertilizerCounter" start MHW_FertilizerCounter.exe
In Steam, right-click on Monster Hunter World -> Properties -> General tab -> Launch Options, and add a line like this (change path to your MHW install path). This command tells steam to launch the CustomLauncher.bat file instead of the MonsterHunterWorld.exe file. "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\CustomLauncher.bat" %command% Note 1: Most antiviruses allow you to make an exception for an entire folder (confirmed for Norton & BitDefender). If you make an exception for your Monster Hunter World folder (if "include all subfolders" is an option, select it), then the executables should run fine.
Note 2: The reason for the Change Directory (CD) command in my CustomLauncher.bat was because Steam was failing to launch an executable in a different folder via the "start" command. I don't know why that was the case, but moving to the directory resolved it.
For everyone using the latest version, if the blinking icons are getting annoying, you can disable them in config.xml by setting all the twinkle="1" to twinkle="0".
I was looking for exactly this. Thank you kind sir or ma'am!
Actually, I see how you can change that in the program now. In each tab (e.g. fertilizer tab, tailraider safari tab etc.) there is a little yellow cross. Inactive means it won't blink.
Does anyone know if it is possible to start this mod with a command so that the main window is automatically minimized? I've created a script that launches a few of my MHW mods on a scheduled task every time I open my game, and this is the only mod that does not work with the /min switch when starting the program. This isn't a huge problem, but it would be nice to not have to manually minimize or click out of the program's settings page when starting my game up.
