all mods used to need stracker's loader, after fatalis patch capcom re enabled nativePC mods and now its not needed anymore, I am not updating the requirements tho
Question: does this also remove the darn fog on other maps as it's constant 'on off' effect causes me serious eye issues since I pick up on the hue changes very easily
I think he meant the Elder's Recess fog effect: The fog screen effect goes on and off constantly and isn't really fog (more like a filter that turns on and off). I didn't check it after modding so I'll edit if I see a difference. (For reference: I'm going to use the other No FOG mods alongside this)
Glad to see you got this one out again. I remember being really hyped when your first attempt was posted but it had the issue of the fog returning after entering/leaving the tent. I tossed in a bug report on it was shocked to see how quick you locked the mod afterwards. I just tested it out and it works great this time, summoning an elder didn't get the fog and entering/leaving the tent kept the mod active this time. I really like how you managed to keep the darkened.clouded sky because its one of the better features of fighting an elder. I'll be sure to watch out for any situations that could cause the fog to return. Btw, does this mod also affect the other locales or would that require a different mod entirely?
It's been a while since i fought an elder outside of the guiding lands, i want to say kushala still put a filter on in the forest or something but i could be wrong. not as much as an issues as the guiding lands was though since the zones of normal locales are relatively bigger. still really glad you got the mod improved, future grinds wont be such a strain on the eyes anymore
Not really fog, it's more like a white pulse lightning effect. It's specially severe and/or noticeable in the elders recess. Honestly, maybe it's me... but it's extremely annoying, gave me headhaches and eye tireness. This has been a thing since MHW. In my personal case, at least 85% I fought a tempered or archtempered elder there was this foggy pulse. When I use your "1.0 version" I hoped this would erase it from other maps to... But it's better only in GL that nothing at all.
I've checked my old screenshots and didn't see what I was looking for. Maybe i've lost it after reinstalling windows. I'll try to do a new one if I see it again.
EDIT: Found this, can't see what mission it's but i'm 99% sure its AT teostra. Image is "whited", can't screenshot he white pulse, because it's like a pulse, like a heart beating. the white image come and goes but stays all fight. It normally happens (at least to me) with T and AT, and is specially noticeable on Elders Recess.
Hello, this is an amazing mod but I think there is still something left to fix. My screen is getting dark all of a sudden and it's so straining to the eyes. I hope this would get fixed since this is an amazing mod.

Just asked a friend to install it without Stackers and it seemed to work fine.
