If you would like to swap the Layered - Thermae version onto a different model, follow these steps:

- Navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\nativePC\pl\f_equip\". (m_equip for males) - Change the number value in pl106_0000 to the armor file ID of your choice. - Go into the sub-folders to "f_arm106_0000.evam" (m_arm106_0000.evam for males). - Change the number value in the name to the armor file ID of your choice. - Restart the game. The .evam files are loaded only on startup, so it needs to be reset.
So if I wanted to change it to Jagras, I would set the files to 008 instead of 106.

Heyo, it's just a panning texture on a circle. The texture uses the waterfall material with no depth in the parameters (otherwise it fades as it gets closer to meshes). Feel free to reuse the mrl3/material from this mod if you'd like.
1. For whatever reason, the layered version doesn't seem to want to work with the Guild Cross set. I've installed the mod successfully on the default thermae, the silver knight set, and the brigade set, so I know my file paths are correct.
2. Is there supposed to be a unique design for when the player grapples or uses the clutch claw? I thought I had tracked down this visual that I had seen in the video for another mod to this one, but when I grapple to something it uses the standard rope and hook. If it's based on Stracker's Loader, that can't be the issue because I have other mods relying on it and they work fine.
1: Make sure you're not changing the slinger folder name as it has to remain as ID 250. You only need to copy the arm folders and the change ther name of the .evam inside. That .evam references ID 250 in the slg directory and overrides the armor's slinger independently rather than a simple model swap (where some armors can use existing slingers like the bone or metal ones). The .evam requires Stracker's Loader to load and needs a game restart if you add a copied folder or make changes.
2: That effect was a private addition for the commissioner so either it's the commissioner who made the video or they shared the file themselves. Sorry about the confusion and probable disappointment.
i love the model <3 i encounter this bug : if i close the game with this model equipped, at restart all other slingers have visual bug, not this one but every others

Oh yeah, Tharja had this issue. Equip the astral arms in between armor swaps to reset the bones or just equip ammo. It's not something the mod does, capcom just overlooked this bug I guess.
What is the slinger id corresponding to Direwolf Layered? I tried to change the file name of slinger to slg000_0000. But this will cause all armor to equip this slinger. I only want a single piece of armor to be able to equip this slinger.

Now everything is back to normal.
